The NEVERFLAT consortium is gathering today and tomorrow at Hubject’s offices in Berlin for the fourth General Assembly (GA4) meeting, bringing together partners to review progress, exchange knowledge, and coordinate the next steps of the project.

As NEVERFLAT continues to advance solutions for smarter and more sustainable electric mobility, this meeting represents an important milestone for the consortium. Partners from across Europe are coming together to discuss the latest achievements, share insights from their respective activities, and ensure strong alignment across all project workstreams.

The two-day meeting focuses on the current developments across the project, with active discussions around technical implementation, system integration, pilot activities, validation approaches, and the steps needed to bring innovative solutions closer to real-world application.

A key focus of the discussions is the continued advancement of Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technologies and smart charging solutions. By enabling bidirectional energy flows between electric vehicles and the electricity grid, these technologies have the potential to support a more flexible, resilient, and renewable-based energy system.

GA4 provides an opportunity for partners to assess progress, address challenges, and define the priorities for the upcoming phase of the project. Through collaboration between technology providers, research organisations, energy stakeholders, and mobility experts, the consortium continues working towards demonstrating how intelligent charging solutions can contribute to the future of sustainable energy and transport.

Hosted by Hubject in Berlin, the meeting highlights the collaborative approach at the heart of NEVERFLAT – combining expertise, innovation, and shared commitment to accelerate the transition towards smarter energy ecosystems.
